*Graduate Students and Post Doc Fellows must provide an official authorization of their status.
The package includes: 5 nights accommodation in a shared standard room with breakfast, 4 dinners at the hotel, one organized tour including dinner, 4 lunches and coffee/refreshments during session breaks.
**Accompanying Person in room sharing with paying participant will be entitled to all meals and participation in social events as per registered participant.
Shared accommodation (if requested) will be arranged subject to availability during the Conference, but not on the optional tours.
PAYMENT
Payment for the registration and accommodation package may be made by check, bank transfer* or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners). Kindly refer to the on-line registration form. Please note that the package fee and the cost of optional pre or post tours must be pre-paid in full.
As this is a package, please kindly note there are no refunds for portions not taken.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our refund policy is based upon receiving notification as follows:
- Received until 20 September, 2011 - full refund less US$ 50 handling fee
- Received after 20 September, 2011 and until 13 October, 2011 - 50% refund
- Received from 14 October, 2011 - no refund
