Registration fee:
Academic : 450 euro
Industrial/commercial: 550 euro

Registration incudes: access to all sessions, abstract book, welcome buffet, coffee and tea, lunches, wine and cheese during the poster session, organized transport from and to the airport, and boat trip and visit to Dubrovnik.

Abstract submission: participants can submit an abstract via the Online Registration and Abstract Submission System

Posters: participants are invited to present a poster; dimensions of the poster boards are 0.95 m (width) by 1.35 m (height).

** The best three posters presentations will be awarded prizes of 500, 250 and 100 euro

Short talks: several short talks will be selected from abstracts submitted within the registration deadline.

Terms and conditions of registration

Notification of cancellation should be made in writing and sent to the conference organizers: EMBOconfCSMM2012@umcutrecht.nl

Cancellation before March 15, 2012: the registration fee will be refunded excluding €50 administration fee.

Cancellation after March 15, 2012: no refunds of registration fees will be made
