Registration and Abstract Submission
Deadline for registration and abstract submission: March 14th, 2014
Accepted applicants will be notified shortly after the above deadline - you will then be sent payment details for the registration fee.

Two criteria will be applied to select participants:
a) Firstly their scientific need
b) Secondly the quality of the science they intend to present.
It is envisaged that where it is necessary to reduce places offered, this will be done by limiting the number of participants from any one particular laboratory to either one or two.
Abstract submission: A number of abstracts will be selected for oral presentation (please indicate preference for oral or poster presentation).

Posters: Poster Board spaces allow for A0 format (1189 x 841)
Please pay the registration fee only once you have received a 'letter of acceptance' (latest March 31st ).
Payment can be done by standard bank transfer (details will sent with acceptance letter).
Deadline for payment after acceptance: April 30th, 2014.
Should you need to cancel your participation, please contact the Conference Officer immediately. If notice of cancellation is received more than two weeks before the conference, all but EUR 100 will be reimbursed. No refund is possible if notice of cancellation is received less than two weeks before the conference.
