Please note: This course is open to female scientists who have already attended an EMBO Laboratory Management Course in the past. If you have questions about eligibility, please contact Gerlind Wallon (wallon@embo.org).
Invoicing & Payment
Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, kindly let us know when submitting your registration form. Payment by credit card or cheque is NOT possible - bank transfer only. Payment must be received within four weeks of the invoice date. Clearly quote the reference number and ensure that all bank charges are paid when making this payment. All prices listed are correct at time of publication, all fee and VAT rate are subject to change. No funding for travel-related costs is available. All transportation costs must be covered by the participant.
Cancellation policy
- For cancellations received 45 calendar days before the beginning of the course, fees will be refunded minus €25 for administrative costs.
- After this 45 day rule, no refund will be possible for last minute cancellation or no-show unless a replacement can be found from the same lab / institute. If cancellation is due to sickness then a medical certificate is required.
