Waiting list
This course is popular and the response to this year's event has been overwhelming. The course is already full and there is a waiting list available but there is no guarantee a place will become free. It is our intention to offer other similar courses for Female Group Leaders in 2015.
Eligibility
This course is open to female scientists who have already attended an EMBO
Laboratory Management Course or any other leadership workshop with hfp
consulting in the past. Participation is restricted as it is strongly believed that the basics taught on those courses (such as Active Listening technique, I-language, Enneagram Personality model etc) are a necessary prerequisite. If you do not have this, it is recommended you consider one of the EMBO Laboratory Management courses. It is our intention to offer other similar courses for Female Group Leaders in the future.
Fee waiver for EMBO Young Investigators & Installation Grantees
EMBO Young Investigators and EMBO Installation Grantees may be entitled to a fee waiver. Please select the appropriate option on the online registration form. Then the waiver will be confirmed when you receive notification of acceptance.
Please note that only the course fee (including accommodation) is covered. No funding for travel is available.
The cancellation policy also applies, failure to inform us punctually will mean that you may lose your entitlement to the fee waiver and should you re-apply in the future, the full registration fees may apply.
Local participants
Participants who live locally to Heidelberg can register without bed and breakfast. The course fee is then €1,625.00 (including VAT, lunch and dinner for the duration of the course), training and all course material. Please select "no accommodation required" when registering.
