About the COnference

Molecular Medicine is a field undergoing rapid expansion and plays an increasingly important role in the Life Sciences at large. The EMBO Molecular Medicine conference "Molecular Insights for Innovative Therapies" will bring together leading scientists and physicians from a selection of the most promising fields of molecular medicine. With two eminent keynote lecturers and five plenary sessions featuring 22 internationally renowned speakers, as well as poster sessions and a number of short talks by promising young researchers, the conference will cover a broad selection of topics. These include infectious and cardiovascular diseases, inflammation, stem cells, miRNAs as well as genetic and epigenetic causes in human diseases. The conference offers the unique opportunity to interact with the speakers, members of the EMBO Molecular Medicine editorial board and conference delegates in EMBL’s state of the art Advanced Training Center high above the beautiful city of Heidelberg, Germany.
