Please note: This course is open to female scientists who have already attended an EMBO Laboratory Management Course or any other leadership workshop with hfp consulting in the past.

Invoicing & Payment
- Payment by credit card or cheque is NOT possible - bank transfer only.
- EMBO Laboratory Management Courses are administered by the "Gesellschaft zur Förderung der Lebenswissenschaften Heidelberg GmbH".
- Invoices are issued by the "Gesellschaft zur Förderung der Lebenswissenschaften Heidelberg GmbH" and not EMBO.
- Please do NOT make payments to EMBO directly. If your finance team, already has EMBO as an official supplier, please inform them that they should add the "Gesellschaft zur Förderung der Lebenswissenschaften Heidelberg GmbH" as a separate supplier. Please ask them to follow the payment instructions on the invoice.
- Select "VAT Reverse Charge" option ONLY when your institute/organisation is outside Germany and has a VAT ID Number. That number MUST be included on the invoice. The Gesellschaft zur Förderung der Lebenswissenschaften Heidelberg GmbH's VAT ID Number is: DE 264471047.
- The "VAT Reverse Charge" option does NOT apply to institutes/organisations based in Germany (see §13b UStG).
- Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, kindly let us know when submitting your registration form.
- Payment must be received within two weeks of the invoice date.
- Clearly quote the reference number when making the transfer.
- Ensure that all bank charges are paid when making this payment.
- All prices listed are correct at time of publication, all fee and VAT rate are subject to change.
- No funding for travel related costs is available. All transportation costs must be covered by the participant.
Cancellation policy
- For cancellations received 45 calendar days before the beginning of the course, fees will be refunded minus €25 for administrative costs.
- After this 45 day rule, no refund will be possible for last minute cancellation or no-show unless a replacement can be found from the same lab / institute.
