ACCOMMODATION
If accommodation is needed, it is automatically booked for the first 2 nights of the course and it is included in the course fee. Arrival 5th November, Departure 7th November.
The courses run from lunchtime on the first day until the afternoon of the last day, so you are expected to arrive on the first day and leave from the hotel on the final day of the course.
NOTE: If you need extra nights, please book them directly with the hotel and pay upon check-out. The names list is usually sent to the hotel 3 weeks before the course begins.
Cost of rooms: approximately 100 Euro in Leimen.
